Arredondo, Zepeda & Brunz, LLC (AZ&B) provided a wide range of civil design and surveying services for a $110,000,000 expansion project. The civil work effort consisted of:

• Coordination to provide proper column clearances with the design architects during modification of City utility infrastructure and streets
• coordination with the Dallas Department of Public Works and Dallas Water Utilities
• major street relocation to provide access to the new expansion entrance
• street modifications to provide traffic control and access/exit points at other portions of the building
• relocation of 15” wastewater and 16” water mains to obtain column clearance
• new potable water and sanitary sewer services
• additional storm drainage and provision of roof drain connections
• preparation of Opinions of Probable Cost for the civil portions of the project; and preparation of civil specifications
