The firm does not
have the philosophy of allowing the project engineers to act as only “administrators". We are a "hands-on” firm. The project engineers
are very much involved with each project. This includes project management;
roadway planning; roadway design; water system design; wastewater system design; storm
system design; preparation of SW3Ps; and environmental assessments.
AZ&B can also provide construction administration through project
completion. AZ&B personnel understands the complexity of project construction and realizes
that it requires experience and skill to successfully complete a construction project
within the clients budget and schedule.
AZ&B has an excellent working relationship with the Texas Department of
Transportation, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), City of Dallas Public Works & Transportation, Dallas Water Utilities, City of Plano, Dallas County, DFW International Airport, Texas
A&M University, The University of Texas System, Dallas Independent School District and
many other public and governmental agencies.
