I have been with AZ&B for a little over a month now, and they have already provided me with more opportunities than I could possibly think of! I started off working part-time and was completing work for upper management. A few weeks later, I was then provided with a full-time work opportunity to help assist on a project with one of AZ&B’s biggest clients. I am so grateful to be here, and I always feel so welcomed by the friendly staff, management, and the owners, Roy and Alfonso. AZ&B is definitely a place where someone is able to flourish!

My career at AZ&B started approximately 2-1/2 years ago. I never could have imagined myself as a leader to over 20+ field and office staff that is very dedicated and hard-working and want to ensure a quality project is produced for every project. I was given this unique opportunity along with the trust of the management team and very supportive staff and the rest is history. Another bonus is that the management team is so approachable and understanding. In conclusion, AZ&B has been a place for me to grow and flourish over time despite everyday challenges. I graduated from the first all-girls public high school in Texas, Irma Rangel, with the determination to become an Engineer. While pursuing my degree at SMU, AZ&B took me in as an intern. As an intern, I was introduced to design and transportation. After graduating I accepted a full-time position as Project Engineer. AZ&B has offered me great opportunities and mentors! Over the years I’ve been able to work in various size projects and have grown my career from design to project management. Working with AZ&B has helped me feel empowered as a young female engineer. I am very grateful that AZ&B accepted me as an intern and as a member of the family.
